Camp Checklist

We stick by the KISS method of packing for our furry campers… Keep It Simple Silly!

Dog

It’s all fun and games until Fido misses his ride to camp!

Collar & Leash or Carrier

Keep collars/harnesses and leashes attached and we will remove them once Spot is secure in his kennel!

Dogs go commando while at camp, however please have them leashed for their own safety coming and going to the office!

Contract & Shot Records

First time boarders will need to complete the boarding contract in their Paw Partner account.

You are welcome to print off a boarding contract and we can update your account if preferred.

A copy of shot records including Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella are required for boarding, the flu vaccine is recommended.

Shot records can be as simple as a recent receipt with a reminder section showing when shots were given/due, nothing fancy!

Food

Please bring enough food for the stay in a bag or container you use at home.

Food does not have to be pre-portioned into plastic baggies, unless feeding a raw diet.

If feeding a raw diet, please portion individual meals for sanitary purposes.

We have a refrigerator, freezer and microwave on site for food/medical use.

Medication

Please bring all necessary meds your dog uses to camp, including flea & tick preventative if they are due during their stay.

We have a refrigerator for medication that requires staying cool, such as insulin, etc.

Treats

We primarily carry Pupperoni and Milk Bones in house.

If your dog has dietary restrictions/allergies or they prefer a specific type of snack, you are welcome to send it!

Toys

Toys sent to camp will stay in the kennel with your dog(s).

We provide yard toys to play with to prevent losing a favorite toy or having Spot mad at Jojo for taking HIS TOY!

It’s like a yard full of really hairy PreK kids and Billy “stole” Sara’s crayon… Sara has three brothers at home… Sara takes no prisoners…don’t mess with Sara’s crayon man!

Bedding

We provide towels, blankets and mats for kennel use.

You are welcome to send along a blanket, comforter, towel, t-shirt, etc. that smells like home and easy to toss in the washing machine.

For our older campers or those recovering from surgery, etc. we welcome beds but ask that they have removable covers for washing.

Please do not send Spot’s favorite blanket you brought him home in… dogs are like kids and do not wipe their paws when messy!

Best advice is go to Goodwill or Salvation Army and pick up a blanket to wash at home in your detergent.

That is now your kennel bedding, when it falls apart you toss it and move on without missing a beat!

Reservations ~ Paw Partner

Our family of kennels and daycare facilities began using the online reservation software called Paw Partner in 2023. By creating an account in Paw Partner you are giving yourself the ability to send in reservation requests to Tricia’s Kennel, Kinner Kennels and our daycare facility Kinners On 97 all from one website or AP. Client and canine information is shared between facilities to maintain a seamless flow of information to allow for the utmost care of dogs in our care regardless of location. Credit cards are also able to be saved on your profile to allow for easy checkout following a boarding or daycare stay. Financial information is not shared between facilities, however, so if you prefer to save a card to your account you will need to do so at each location upon checkout. Currently Tricia’s Kennel and Kinners On 97 accept credit cards and online payments.

You are invited to click on the Paw Partner button to access the online portal for Tricia’s Kennel and create an account. From there we encourage you to create profiles for your dog(s), upload vaccine records and sign the boarding contract at your convenience. You are also invited to send in boarding requests or send us messages directly via the Paw Partner message center. While setting up your account we do highly recommend allowing “alerts” via email and/or text. These alerts from Paw Partner pertain to reservation confirmations, waitlist notifications, cancellation notifications, vaccine record reminders and reservation reminders. The alerts are not used for marketing purposes.
